Is this powerful pc enough?

My current computer is starting to get old (5 years old) and I'm going to get a new one.

Here's what I'm going to buy:

Processor: Intel Core i7 950 3,06 GHz 8 MB LGA 1366
Motherboard: Asus P6T WS Pro Intel X58 2xBgLan 7.1 audio fw cf/sli RAID
Memory: 6 Gb Kingston DDR3 1066 MHz
Harddisk: 1 TB Seagate Barracuda ES.2 7200 rpm SATA2 32MB
Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT PCI-E 1 GB GDDR3
OS: Windows 7 or XP (I know XP doesn't support 6 GB of memory)

My soundcard is Audiophile Delta 2496. Software I use consists of Fruity Studio 9 and VSTi's (Nexus, Absynth 5, Massive, Vanguard).

Does anyone have any experiences or opinions of those components I listed? Enough power?
