PRO TOOLS 8 W/ Vista

I know this isnt digi design, but I use fl studio and find that this site is way more helpful then protools site..I have looked around and cant find any solutions to get protools to work on my vista pc..It boots up but then about every 4 seconds it comes up with an error saying increase buffer size and ive checked every setting and every buffer size and error message seems to keep comeing up..It seems like on all forums no one has a solution to get it to work properly on vista..does anyone know how to get protools 8 LE running on vista 32 bit? I have 4gb of ram and 1 TB of memory..Thanks (I tried calling digidesign but they are on vacation) figures
