kurzweil files/direct wave

Does anyone know why direct wave isn't reading my kurzweil (krz) files? It says it reads them when you open the file and go to file type but they dont show up?

Also, wondering if any kurzweil users out there know how to save the samples in the master section over to a floppy. everytime i save the stock sounds in the master section then scroll down to samples and choose the extra collection of stock rhodes, pianos, etc they never show up in the program banks. for example I will save a rhodes to id 200 and when i go back to the main program library theres no sound on id 200????
