FL 9 skins.

Hello, i was wondering if there would be any FL 9 skins?? Or, i was actually wondering how to make one. I think it would be great to pimp up FL 9s interface, sinse we already know what it looks like In the mean time, i really hope there's going to be new skins and most important, for it to be skinnable!!
