LEXICON ALPHA QUESTION

Ok, hopefully someone can answer this with out being an asshole, like most of you can be................

I would like to know what is the best way to get all my output levels consistant with each other now that I have the LA in my set up. I was using the Mobile Pre as my soundcard , and mixed and produced through my headphones and was using the MP as my soundcard, and I had to always bring up some instrument when I would final mixdown down through my BX 5 monitors, the headphone output wasnt accurate (I am using the EuroRack UB 1220 to chain everything together) the mixer is not the problem. I just want to know how to set each individual level on the LA and my mixer, so as not to always have to fuss with instrument levels alot for the final mixdown.

Also just to add this to the equation, I have my monitors going into the "Control Room" of the mixer out of the lexicon. Should I have them going into the "Main Out"????
