Whats the perfect FL Studio 8 and 9 PC ?

Hello, first I am a big fan of FL Studio but regularly I get problems and mostly people tell me that it must be my pc configuration:

My hardware:

AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 6400+
2 GB fast DDR RAM
2 SATA 500 GB (on the second drive are my sample collections)
Nvidia Geforce 8600 GT
M-Audio Delta Audiophile 192 with the newest ASIO driver

WIN XP Home 32 Bit SP3
all drivers are the newest
I only use legal registrated software and sounds!

ASIO setting is 512 MB = 12ms

My PC configuration:

1. Network Tool are deactivated
2. Remote Desktop is deaktivated
3. CPU performance is adjust to backround services
4. Visual effects are minimized to optimal performance
5. Desktop backround is deaktivated
6. Screenserver is deaktivated
7. There are no autostart programs
8. I have only 20 processes after reboot
9. There is only music software installed
10. System restore is deaktivated
11. automatic reboot is deaktivated
12 Virtual ram is 4096
13. Index service is deaktivated

With this hardware and configuration I can work with Sonar and Melodyne Studio 3 without problems but with FL Studio 8.02 and FL Studio 9 I get
problems like this:

1. 3rd Party Plugs like Albino 3, Vanguard, SubboomBass, Predator, Melodyne Plugin provoke regularly underruns, crashes ...
2. Direct Wave gives me 100 underruns in FL 8.02 if I load a sample bank with 113 samples - in FL 9 I get 186 underruns with the same bank after a reboot
3. Sytrus sometimes gives me crackles if I change presets and always underuns

I know I asked a similar question for some weeks ago but now you can assume that my pc is complete optimized so I think there are two possibilities left:

1. FL Studio is full of bugs or
2. FL Studio needs special pc hardware and configuration

If it is my pc hardware or configuration, please tell what I have to buy. Then I will buy a complete new pc only for FL Studio and won't annoy your support team again!

Thank you for answer and sorry for annoying but since 2 years I try to get FL Studio working without regularly crashes, crackles ... I'm system administrator and programmer, too but
my knowledge seems not to be enough to get FL Studio 8 or 9 working with a bundle of standard 3rd party plugins which are working fine in other hosts
