VST Plugins and Presets - an easy way to move from one preset to another ?

Hi All,
FL Studio is a great software but I'm facing very boring issues.

1) we have so many VST plugins currently that I would like to be able to move easily from one plugin to another
how can I do that directly with my keyboard ? Can I link a control of my midi keyboard to this function with link to controler option ? Is there a tip ?

2) when you're plugin is selected, you have so many presets. I would like to be able to change the presets also directly with my midi keyboard ?
