Warn, then thread locking?

http://forum.image-line.com/viewtopic.php?t=41754

This guy is obviously new if you look at his post count (which is currently at 1), but why lock the thread immediately instead of warning him to edit the thread's title first, linking to the forum rules of conduct? I mean, if he refuses to rename his thread, then there's obvious reason to lock it. I'm not trying to pick a flamewar or say you guys are wrong, because rules are rules. I would've been a bit more patient is all.

You know, I bet it was Gol who did it! Yeah, him. We all know how mean and cruel he is by how much Frantik whines and moans and posts all over the internet what a monster Gol is. User, "I have a problem with this." Gol, "Let me see how I can fix it. Give me an FLP." Yeah, so very mean!
