simple fast and configurable (shortcuts/mouse actions) Editor?

I don't use Editors much these days since I can do almost everything inside the DAW.

I'm used to soundforge.. but I'm not happy with how sony managed it so far...

I didn't use wavelab for a long time, can you configure shortcuts and mouse actions there?

any suggestion is welcome.


(btw-I wish that edison was more configurable and featured...)
