What is the best way to add a marker to a wave that I'm slicing?
I would like to be able to quickly and easily add markers without taking my eyes away from the waveform in sliceX.
option A: double click at the location i want to add a marker, then click the add marker icon
- pros: adds marker at the specific location
- con: have to take eyes away from waveform and find the add marker icon
option b: press M and then drag markers to the location
pro: M is faster than finding the add marker icon
con: you have to name the marker, you have to take eyes away from the desired location to find the marker, drag it to the location
Is there any other way to add a marker at the desired location? It would be really cool if there were a keyboard shortcut which had the same exact action as pressing the add marker icon
