Why my wav files move?

Hi everyone, I just recorded some vocals and some guitars into a song of mine, but when I last opened the song, the guitars sounded off beat! Any idea why this would happen (maybe I tweak something I wasn't supposed to?) and how can I fix it please, only the guitars sound like they're out of the beat, like a latency delay, but it sounded ok when I recorded them.
Need expert advise.
Thanks.
Alberto
