How to Dither on fl studio and steps to 48 kbps 24 bit then to final 44.1 16 bit

I was wondering how 2 dither on fl studio Do I use a plugin? I want better quality tracks. This is how I have been doing it so far but I get stuck. 1. I render my song to 24 bit with audio options set at 48 kbps.. 2. I then load that song into edison and change the bit rate to 16 bit 44.1 but the waves are reduced I then increase the amplitude but it turns back to 32 bit. HOW do I get 16 bit 44.1 without shrinking the wave??? Plus how do I dither 2 get a better sound? Please help.
