Installing on a USB disc

Hi everybody! This is my first post on this forum!!!

I'd like to install my FLStudio on an external disc to use it either with my laptop at home either with my desktop at work ;-)

My desktop is an HP computer provided with a Poket Media Drive bay where I could put this disk:

At home I could use it as an external USB disc.

This could be very useful don't you think?

Can I do such a thing? How?
(I never had/used an HP Pocket Media Drive and I should buy it!)

Greetings (and sorry for my bad English!)
