FL Studio 9.1 Released!

the only problem I have here is the pitchbend is like sounding 100% instead of 200% compare to 9.0.3
is it a bug? no not?

I mean the settings are the same with 9.0.3 degault. but even turn on the "send pitchbend range" and it acts the same weird 100% only
untill I turn the "send picth bend" range to "4" it now goes to 200% wasnt the key supposed to be 200$ of it is 12?
but my FL Studio say to me that im using 12 but if I bring it down to 4 it goes 1key shift on pitch bend
