Resizing Samples in Playlist

I'm dropping samples in the playlist window (upper half) and most times my samples I've recorded
myself end up some random size off the usual Line/Bar/Beat markers. I know I can hold ALT and
drag the right edge, but it only snaps proportional to my original end time, let's say my sample ends
at 004:03:015, it will snap to 004:01:015 etc...I would like it to snap right to 004:00:000...
I've tried every snap setting and the all still jump without actually landing on the absolute line.

Apart from alt dragging and watching the sample length in the display (a bigger pain if I'm not zoomed in)
Surely there's a way to snap to the actual grid?

Edit: I found another topic on this but it didn't provide an answer. I should also mention that I'm trying to
stretch the audio, right alt+right click doesn't work for that.
