fl with alphatrack q

hi all
just now i have bought the frontier alphatrack
new one & all bottons & knobs were works good
only the fader behaves strangly
its works only on max & min points
the latest driver installed v. 1.3
the midi options are selected to the alphatrack
i remove the other midi controllers ( i have akai keyboard )
what to do ? plz help
