Mouse-ove display of nob values

Currently ths does not exist. You have to actually move a nob before it tells you the value.

Any way of changing this? If i'm trying to bring the whole level of a mix down by exactly 3dB, i dont know what a fader is on to start with i only know when it's started to move. Inaccurate!
