Having problems exporting songs to mp3

I have been having issues with exporting songs. I will have a finished song and everything will sound good while listening to it play in FL but when I export it to mp3 it has a strange kind of gritty or grinding underlying sound that you can hear when you play it after exporting on mp3. I am not sure what this is it dose not happen to all the songs just this one. If you have any suggestions on what this could be and how to possibly fix it It would be much appreciated.

Encode your MP3 @ 320 Kbps. This is the best ...
