Running out of memory?

I don't understand why or how I keep having an issue stating that FL Studio has run out of memory. Also my NI Reflektor plug-in has stopped working correctly, I tried what I did last time and messed with the audio settings but it's not working. I also tried to fix the memory problem by lightening the load of the folders in my browser. Didn't work, what can I do? I have 8gb of RAM so I'm sure it's not my laptop.
