problem with song ending after midi note edit

I was making tweaks to two versions of this track. There were problems with the midi notes not being on the cell line causing an arp to be off beat. I have two version of the track. One long and one short. I think I did the same midi note drags on each track, but now one of them doesn't cut off right at the end. The other strange thing with the back track is that once the song end and it starts playing again in fl, the notes that didn't cut off at the songs end start playing again at the song beginning. If I start the song over, those extra notes do not play.

I can't figure out what changed and how to correct it. Below are samples to describe the problem.
