FavPlugins.scr field-syntax

I thought of creating my own plugin-manager and config backup-tool, but I need to know the purpose and expected values for all six fields in the entries in FavPlugins.scr then...
My analysis so far only gives me this much: "?,?,DISPLAYNAME,PATH/CLSID,?,?"
