So after the resurgence of Sytrus these last couple week, I want to buckle down and learn me some fm synths. I ran into a problem and google is failing me.

When using the default patch (NewSound) of FM8, I get a clicking/very brief crackle sound when I release notes every once in a while, and the click is visible in WaveCandy. When I change the default patch's sine waveform to any other waveform, the problem persists. I have recorded scores in which I've heard the click, but when I replay the pattern in the pattern selector, the click disappears. I heard that funky little clicks can feasibly occur when you chop off a waveform in the wrong spot, but I don't believe I have had this problem in a similar vst like Sytrus.

Has anyone else dealt with this issue and know where it's coming from?

It's happening in both the official FL release and the current beta. Thanks for any insight. Trying to wrap my head around these waveforms =)
