good video or audio mixing course?

Hi everyone! I have several wonderful mixing books and have been practicing like crazy, but I wondered if anyone knows of a good audio or dvd mixing course that is worth checking into. The books all come with cd's, but I thought it would be great to watch a video or just listen to someone describe the mixing process with the musical examples right there (instead of "refer to section 12-3 on the accompanying cd"). There are many online but what to choose? Just something to add to my knowlege base and maybe inspire a few new ideas. Anyone?
