Help in duplicating a sound

Hi, I am attempting to do a cover of Tangerine Dream, Tangram, set 1, intro.
I am trying to replicate the shimmering sound in the intro ( see attached snippet).
I have all the usual free vsts, but can't seem to nail this. Any suggestions on how to proceed
are welcome.
