Backing up FL Studio

i will be getting a new pc very soon, and I'm getting all my necessary files backed up. How would i do that for FL10? Namely, all my presets for my plugins and such. I have my PROJECT folder backed up, do I do the same thing with the Plugins folder? Not sure, would like some info. Thanks!
