Open the file, Right click on the key D5 and "assign current region to this key". Why I assign the "second region" to this key? It will loose the control of the third region.
Also, dragging and drop sample (with shift) inside the editor won't put a note for each marker (it does only pressing "assign current region to this key" for each region manually).
