Cleaning a muddy mix and making a track clear?
I've been having an issue with specifically the kick drum and bass. I eq both so they have enough room in the mix but the final seems to have a few frequencies that may interfere. Also, I know every mix is different but how would you go about finalizing the track as far as plugins like limiter, maximus, Para eq 2 or multiband compressor? Appreciate any feedback and tips thanks!
