Can you help this College student finish his song?

I know how to create melodies and a "chorus". But when it comes to adding a beginning and an ending...well...It feels like I hit a brick wall. (Composers block perhaps?) I don't know. But if you could be so kind as to assist me with any tips, tricks, or pointers on how to create an intro to this song, I would be very great-full. Especially if you know how to "master/balance" all the audio out.
