What is the use of the stereo separation knob on the master track?
I've heard that mixing in mono gives you a better representation of the levels and overall sound when you bring it back to stereo.
But once you come to completing a mix, should the master stereo fader stay in neutral, or does the track benefit from increasing the separation?
