VST sampler midi note separation within channel rack

I want the ability to use step sequencer, PIANO ROLL, and midi keyboard. For instance if I play C4 on a midi keyboard it plays C4 in step sequencer(root note i guess), and the note is separated in its own midi out channel as C4 in piano roll. Meaning everything is mapped all the way through whether I hit a key on midi keyboard, use step sequencer, or use piano roll.

Ultimately I want to have a battery 4 cell(with a wave sound in it) have its own step sequencer channel and when I fill in the step sequencer it triggers the sound I want in the battery 4 cell. I also want to be able to use my midi to play a battery 4 kit and be able to record the midi notes I am playing on the keyboard and have each note go into its own channel rack/step sequencer so I can edit the notes on their own individual piano roll.
