Choose a sine tone signal, (meaning no sampled source.)
Use the first parametric EQ to cut high frequencies, Use the second parametric EQ to cut middle frequencies.
and leave the bass frequency, do not even touch.
You just gotta touch unrelated frequency, regarding to what you want to acheive
"the low, lower, lowest and sub of sub's sub bass." words are saying you don't need other frequencies.
Raising as making a certain frequency peak as to give the bass, dynamic.
Here are additionals,
Putting a chorus effect does make the result sounding hollow, which doesn't pull out listener's stomach, meaning presences of the bass will be hold back to the back of speaker sets. it becomes like the bass for heads.
Reverb makes it rounder, which makes rounding the club. But not vibrating the construction. Some club owners does want this seriously. Because the idea is they don't want to pay more rents for making profit with non standard sound regulation.
Little bit of the flanger makes result hollow, but it's bit weary that drunk ones would feel like vomitting and want to go home soon.
Funny ? Funny.
