I actually just started really listening to dubstep a few days ago and while listening thought, hmmm, I could do this
I looked at tutorials online and NEVER found one using Sytrus
Open Sytrus and select the default patch. In OP1 to the right of the waveform selector push the last slider (noise) all the way up and turn pluck on. (Alternatively you can just set the waveform and not mess with the noise and pluck but this is my favorite sound. If you do use the pluck option you may need to make many notes in the piano roll instead of one long continuous but well worth it IMO)
Now go into the matrix and turn the out knob on OP1 to 0% (top dead center, not all the way left) and the F1/OP1 to 100% as well as the F1/OUT.
Next go into the F1 proporties and select CUT on the bar on top and LFO right below that. Delete all the points in the envelope except the first one. Move this point up to 75-100% depending on how much of the effect you want. Enable the envelope by clicking the radio button in the lower left, it also sounds better if you enable tempo. Play with the speed knob, you can also automate this. I also turn the filter type to LP and put the ENV knob around 40%, the CUT around 30% and the RES around 15%
Wobble away!!!
