Harmonic editor + FM = power

I found a nice way to (re) create timbres. Starting with a sine modulating another, you can hear the effect of every single harmonic you add to the modulating osc, with regard to amplitude and phase both. Each harmonic amplitude/phase in osc2 affects the whole frequency spectrum of osc1, for example, so you get lots of brightness to the timbre even with just 3 or 4 active harmonics.

Example start
-osc1 = sine (freq scale = 2.0)
-osc2 = sine (freq scale = 0.5 (some headroom to create darker/bassier timbres) )
-FM modulate osc1 with osc2. around 15% on the mod matrix knob is a good start.
-then tweak harmonics and phases in osc2, osc tab, to create an interesting timbre. Personally, I like this method mostly for recreating real instruments in sytrus.

Made a simple example project.
