Sytrus Starts a Note with a 'Thump'

Hello.

Thanking you in advance. Whenever I play 1 (one) note in Sytrus, it begins with an audible 'thump' before it plays the note. I've read countless forum entries to no avail. Can someone please help? BTW: my Asio4all is setup correctly and all other plugins work fine. Moreover, even some downloaded presets work fine. In other words, I can't get Sytrus to play a smooth continuous note without it starting with an audible 'thump.'
