DX7 Import - could not read the sysex file

Hello,
I've been trying to import some dx7 sounds. Almost every time I do this, I get the error "could not read the sysex file."
I'm attaching two files. rom1a.syx is the only sysex file I've been able to import. bass1a_1.syx is an example of a file that gives me an error.
Any help is appreciated.
