Sytrus Realistic Choir/Strings

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows how to make the choir and strings sound more real in Sytrus. Would I do this with EQ or through the VST itself?? I just want to make a more realistic sound out of what I already have, and not have to pay multiple hundreds of dollars. Does anyone know how to make that annoying super long attack go away??
