Sytrus (Deep3) bass sound issue

I've been having trouble figuring out why sometimes the Sytrus Deep3 bass sounds like it has too much bass for my sub-woofer. It sounds okay through headphones, but it doesn't sound smooth through the whole secession like my other songs with bass played on the sub-woofer. I've attached a file in flp format to give an example of what mean. Please help.
