Fifths in the Freq Ratio ?

So i'm having some issue with this
so the pitch is calculated over the root note played i understand this but how do you get triads inside sytrus
it says to increase the pitch multiply by 2 for an octave

do i divide 2 by 12 or something to get the other notes ?

so for example
op 1 is 2 ratio
to get op2 being a 5th it would be 3.166.. ?
