loading multisamples

Hi all. Can anyone tell me how i can load multi samples in Wav formatt into DW. I have multisample libraries in wav formatt which contain loads of different notes from the same instrument. I cannot figure out how to get the seperate files mapped to the correct keys in the sampler. All i have been able to do is load one individual sound which plays on every key and sounds crap if not played from the route key. Any help much appreciated. I have no experience with vst samplers and multis, sorry if this sounds like a stupid question.
