Advance Time stretching

Hey guys i'm pretty new to FL studio and wanted to know if The producer edition had a time stretch comparable with that of an Akai MPC, Propellerheads Record or whther there is any thought of stepping FL's up to that quality.

Im toying with the idea of getting an MPC but dont want to if i can do the same advance time stretch.
