Loading a VST and a preset

OK, I have a VST, and I saved a preset for the particular VST. Now, I am loading the VST DLL from the DW Options. If I bring up the VST GUI,
I have no way to load the preset file I previously saved. All I get is the pre-defined preset list from the Options pick list. How do I load a saved preset file while the VST is under DW control?
