DirectWave sample VST plugins

In a Tutotial it was indicated to sample VST Plugins, it was done with Sytrus. From where do I get the VSTi from Cytrus or other generators?
The other subject is to put DirectWave in an effect slot of the mixer. In my version DirectWave does not show up under the effect list. How can I achieve that?
