I bought a Midi Controller from M-Audio, and I have 8 Drum-Pads on it. The Drum Pads are rooted to C3 to G3, so actually all I want to do is make a default file were the eight pads on the top of my FPC are rooted to c3 to G4.
I have two problems, first: I cant figure out how to make a preset my default preset. Tried overwriting the default file in my preset folder, but the FL Studio default file still coming up when I load a new instance of FPC. So how to I change the default preset?
Second: I made a preset which is completly empty, just 8 pads are called 1, 2, 3 and so on. Then I rooted 1 to C3, 2 to C#3 and so on. You get the idea. But when I saved everything, and open a new FPC, load my preset, the rootings have changed. I have no idea why, but 1 isnt rooted to C3 anymore... Why is that, and how can I bring the FPC to use the rootings I saved?
