FPC Download Kit Presets but not all Samples

So, I just finished downloading all the FPC free kits here: http://www.image-line.com/content/by/FPC and though some of the presets work fine, a lot have missing samples. When I load them in the pad they all appear in red text and the wave forms don't load.

Do the free kits not have samples included? What's the point of that?

Also, it's worth noting I have FL 12, Producer edition. I did save my files in MyDocuments rather than Program Files(x86), should that affect anything?
All my files are saved like this : C:\Users\User\FL Studio 12\Data\Patches\Plugin presets\Generators\FPC
