Having Trouble with Content Libary

Hey all FL users, just need your help. I can not seem to open the content library in FL studio. I've tried to go to the link were FL news is located but It just will not show up. I would like to download new samples but I have no idea how to do thatif I can't open the content library. Everthing elses works fine except that. Does any one have a clue as to why I may be having this problem? Thanx!
