FPC Content Library costs

New FL Studio user here, with probably a very simple (Duh) FPC Downloadable content question, figured this is the most appropriate forum -

Are the items in the FPC Downloadable content library free to download ? (Before I download a shed load of them!)

Some are marked as xxx - Free and some are xxx

e.g.
HipScratch 1
Hipscratch 2 (free)
Hipscratch 3
