Global meets Incrimental not Absolute?

How do you create a knob that will change linked knob values based on their current positions? I want linked knobs to change incrementally based on a global knobs position.
That is to say, I want to change a set of knobs individually, and then be able to turn a global knob to change all knob values by the same amount simultaneously. ^^
I do not want knob values to equal the global knob value upon startup :(

It would also be nice if we had a full rotary knob for dealing with value changes like this...not one that stops turning. ^^ Am I missing any of this somewhere?
Thank you for your help!
