Hi all there,
I tried to start up Collab, its a great idea that you can work together this way on a song don't get me wrong.
Only the program is really so basic and not user friendly, its SLOW as.. well you know.
And its not starting up, AGAIN!
I like to log in onto Collab so I can do some song writing with some of you out there.
But the next happened to me,
I install Collab (1.1.4).. I start it up.. I get the wizard, I fill in the fields.. and I try to start it up.
The only thing I see is in the left down corner of the (Collab window) it says.. Connecting..
So I thought like, well what the hack. Lets go and get coffee.. (15 minutes later)
It says.. Connecting.. *Grrrrr!*
Ok well I looked on this forum about it and found a post.
I thought that would work, so I uninstalled 1.1.4 and installed 1.1.5. Added the Collab program to the firewall settings. *All like the post says*
I start Collab, and get into the wizard. fill in the fields.. some of the info was still there, I pressed ok.. and the program worked! Great!!
I fooled around a bit with channels making and so, after a while I went doing some RL things so I logged logged off my PC.
Next day, I start Collab, same problem.. Connecting.. --> me getting a coffee. (15 minutes later) same.. *Grrrrr! Smashing something from his desk!!*
:S
Does someone have the same problem, and know a solution for this.
Please let me know, thank you
Collab stays hanging at: Connecting..
