HELP cant connect

everytime i open up collab i get a connection error. i have purchased and put in a new code, i've downloaded the latest versions and never have been logged into collab so i'm not already logged in. so i am going to assume that the server is down or somethin within my system is keeping me from connecting. any ideas??
