Visualiser will not export.

I'm getting the following error when I try to export. I've tried a couple of different visualiser configurations, and been over the export setting several times, even tried uncompressed video to try and rule out a codec issue.

fyi:
I am on FL11, Latest update.
I have just tried updating the Zgame .dll
The visualiser is working fine inside FL, but just not exporting.

Any help would be much appreciated
